 Yeah - peeps should be in color. But I wanted something to stand out in this challenge. I really did not have too many good ideas for this one! :)

POST: I forgot to add that one inspiration for this was people telling me that they like stale peeps. Yecch. Anyway, here is one way to speed up the process :)

Another of your very cool peg shots and an image that makes me both laugh and wince at the same time...the sharpness on the leading peeps ear squeezed under the peg is superb

i really, really like this. the tones are wonderful, the unexpected composition, the surprising juxtaposition, all combine to make a really super image. nice one indeed.

Oh, congratulations! I had a brief thought that it might be you when I first encountered this pic - it reminded me of your earlier shot for the 6 challenge. You must spend a lot of time hanging laundry. :)

Poor little bunnies.....hung by their ears. They even LOOK apprehensive! What 3 little gobblers came and wolfed them down after that shot...or, was it one with long ears and a wet nose?! *grin*

This was one of my top two. Congrats on your top ten! And yes, I'm one of those who was raised (raised, mind you!) on stale peeps. Mom would buy them, open 'em up, and stick 'em in the cupboard for a month. My sister tells me they're "new and improved" and don't get as stale now. What are they thinking?? I shall recommend your method to her... :-)

The squooshed ears are adorable. Little-known fact that Peeps have no nerve endings in their ears, so squoosh away!
