 Cilantro Rice
Ingredients:
1 bunch Cilantro
2 cups cooked white rice
2 dried red chillies
1 tbsp black gram
Procedrue:
1. Roast black gram and red chillies in 1tbsp of oil
2. When golden brown add cilantro and cook until cilantro wilts
3. grind the mixture in a mixer and mix with 2 cups cooked rice
4. Add salt to taste
