 Basically this is just a throw-whatever-I-feel-like into the frying pan kinda thing. Quick meal that the kids eat without complaining! Usually use summer sausage or smokies, about 6 medium potatoes cubed, 1/2 a red onion cut in large slices, and 1 whole green pepper, chopped. Sometimes add other veggies, depending on what I have in the fridge. All fried together with olive oil and topped with course ground pepper. Usually serve with a garden salad and iced tea. Easy meal for a hot summer day!

Mmmm. Good. Nice colors, DOF and overall detail, though if you could have gotten a little more smoke in the shot, it would have bumped it up a notch.

Yum! Great colors, nice clean background. Grey smudge in the background is a bummer. But nice shot all around.
