| Normally I'd cringe at the use of on-camera flash, but the cartoon-like comedy here overcomes any whinge about the lighting. The lack of symmetry gives a nice twist (literally and figuratively)! Well done. |

first reaction -- definitely laughter. very funny! w/out the title, i would've thought this was wrath, not envy.
challenge -- met
technical -- having your subject stand further away from the wall would avoid the flash shadow. good skintones, nice and sharp.
composition -- good use of negative space. did you consider green facepaint to make it look more like envy?

| Looks more like anger to me than envy. I hope you were able to get those off your eyes. My Mom said my face would stick like that if I did it too much. |

| Very interesting shot :) The shadow right behind his head distracted me a little, but I'm not sure it's wrong. This next nitpick is going to sound strange, but i think it would have helped if he wasn't wearing a shirt. The collar makes him seem too 'human' and less the 'green eyed monster'... Very interesing, unique interpetation of the challenge. ~MyQyl~ |

| I must admit at first I thought this was the stupidest thing I'd seen in a long time.. but upon looking at it closer, those eyes fit that expression perfectly. I love it. Nice composition as well.. the neg space on the left adds to the pic greatly. 10 for effect and creativity. wingy |

| Funny and original. Technically OK. A suggetion: move your subject away from the wall to get rid of the unpleasant shadown on the left that reminds us of the flash used. Good actor. 7/10 for originality. |

| Definitely gets your attention. The only distraction for me is the shadow. Would it have been possible to use a source of backlighting or soemthing to get rid of it? Just a suggestion. karmat |
