Where do you live? Beautiful! I think that the background is a little bright.

I think you are stretching the topic here, but a nice photo.

Beautiful picture but strange title.

Lucky shot. Good picture. Love the colors, clarity, animal in background. Overall well done

Nice nature shot, but a little washed out in the background. Would saturation in your photo editing software help?

Great shot of these elk.
10/16/2002 02:13:00 PM
is it?

first reaction -- hm. i really didn't think sin applied to animals... but that's just me.
challenge -- met
technical -- the bull and the cow's face are too dark. maybe try and increase the gamma in your photo editing software (if your software allows that). i just increased it to 1.62 and i could see some more details.
composition -- love how the elk cow is looking into the camera :) i wonder what a shallower DOF would've done to blur the background, but - if you are like me in these situations - you just fire on auto settings to make sure you get the shots :)
overall -- 5 from gr8photos

No, it's not a sin for him :-) Great nature pic, though. I would have tweaked the contrast just a touch for a little more "pop". 7 nards656

LoL, This doesn't look like lust... Just look in his eyes... He really loves her :) Nice catch... ~MyQyl~

Animal lust, it works for me. Very good shot! How did you get so close? (Are you in Alaska or BC? you don't have to answer that, I can wait) If I had any kind of complaint, it would be nice to have the sun on their flanks, but asking them to "pose" would be silly (I know, people have asked me for that!) 9 Swash

Did you shoot with a gun? I like the picture, is this in the wild? 8 Frank

Funny, but I don't think this would be sin! (I might think it was if I had to see it!)

It feels a bit 'sqinty'. Try using a polarising filter. Also, the stags horns are lost against the brushwood. Try hiding somewhere where the background is a bit nicer.

funny yet insightful comment. Photo is a good shot in general. 7 wingy

not animals.

I wish that the elk were a little less shadowed...like the picture

Nice shot. Better use of DOF would have given a better impact. Good luck

some times we do act like animals

Funny idea. Unfortunatly, it doesn't cut it for me... Tehnically very well done though, but the lack of direct relation to the theme lowers the score on this one for me. 5
