One of the best shots of the challenge in my opinion---hope it gets in the top ten....the only thing i have to say is the placement of the boat seems a little bit awkward to me. |

Wow! Beautiful shot. The detail is amazing and I like the angle of the ship pointing away from the viewer. |

The softness of the ship makes it seem mirage-like. |

Lovely shot, great colours in the sky. I'd have used the colour balance in Photoshop to change the shadow colours slightly, which seem a bit dull and grey. A tighter crop would have added more power to the shot. There are large pixelated clumps in the sky... is this as a result of using NeatImage? Or maybe saving as too low a quality jpeg. I wish the boat was much sharper. Great silhouette though. |

This would be an incredible shot at 8x10. At this resolution it looks a little soft (or oversharpened but I think it's soft) and loses some of it's pop.

Beautiful! Just curious, is that sky natural or did you do any adjustment on the color? |

Colors wonderful. Sun a bit on the hot side. I'd crop quite abit from the right side. |

Ship seems out of focus, or a bit fuzzy. Great subject you found there. |

yarrrrrr, avast me hearties, a grand photgraph indeed.
Its a shame you were obviously higher than the ship, as it would have been great to have seen more of the boat above the horizon.
What ship is it? I have some great shots somewhere of a replica of the "Golden Hind" when it was moved from one port to another a few years ago but nothing as nice as this |

A good choice of subject with sufficient interest to hold the viewer's attention and nicely positioned infront of the sun. Image quality seems a little poor. |
