The subject's expression is too serious. Also, the smoke is too distracting. I assume its supposed to be steam but the folded arms and uniform suggest its condensation from the cold.

I like the background, it reflects the yellows of your jumpsuit giving a nice depth to the photo.

I love this one. Mostly because I get to say that the string should be tucked inside the neck of the anti-c's. Where are your orange gloves? :)

This is a well done portrait, and I like the expression. The lighting you chose works well to emphasize the seriousness of the job.
