Super sharp and the background lighting is excellent. The thumb is in the way though. Up close it's not very attractive. Less of it would be better.

Nice focus. I'm sure the purple overtones are significant but wonder if your hand were less so, if that would look more "real" or fake for having adjusted it.

The hand in the frame actually takes away from this one in my opinion. The thumb is slightly OOF and detracts from the wonderful colors and the sharp, beautifully focused, well lit microscope.
