 Hail not snow on the peaks and the sky was sooo blue.

Mt. Blanca (left) 14,345 ft. with no hail, Humbolt Peak (right) also over 14,000 ft. has the hail from night before.

Immovable? I like the photo but it says to show someone trying to move an immovable object.

I wish that shadow wasn't there, but nothing you could do to help it. The fields are nice though.

Nice Photo, but DNMC. Even though it would be very difficult to move, the challenge did ask for Someone trying to move an immovable object.
Ignirng that, it seems to me that the photo is on an angle. ie it tilts to the right. it seems that the camera was not level when taken, and gives an effect of everything sliding to the right

Nope, I don't think we can move those. The horizon looks a little off level, but it could be an illusion, if the land is really sloping left to right.

Awesome. Nature cannot be perfected only captured. If you didn't use one, I wonder what a uv filter would render.

Also, it's not a very interesting landscape shot - could've done a lot more with a mountain vista like that.

"Take a photo of someone trying to move an immovable object." As I see no one real or metaphorical, I have to say DNMC. Sky is nicely exposed but photo lacks interest in the midtones.

Your someone moving the rockies is a little to small or you missed the point of the challenge either way nice shot of the rockies.

This is a wonderful landscape photo. In my opinion it does not represent someone trying to move the Rockies and therefor does not meet the challenge

For such a beautiful scene it falls flat because of the lighting and undramatic sky. Try getting something interesting in the forground, drop the horizon to a thirds line, and wait for a nice dramatic sky.

Please re-read the challenge details: "Take a photo of someone trying to move an immovable object."

I do not see a subject trying to move the mountains here.
