Simple and to the point. I had a packet of acrylic color paint tubes. I then set up the paint tubes onto an artist canvas white square board, using this color wheel shape. Processed in the 'basic' rules with the color version, and then converted to Black & White with 'Gradient Map', and then 'Greyscale'.

Enjoy.....

I echo what Julianne said. I couldn't create or shoot a setup shot to save my life, and you have the most marvelous gift to take things, arrange them just so, then shoot them so the whole shebang works just perfectly! And you have a great imagination.

I can't imagine how difficult it must have been to set this up so perfectly. Even if I had this idea, which I didn't, and even if I could have taken such a good clear photograph, which I can't, I would never have been able to set it up without having a mess. There is not one thing out of place here, and I am astonished once again by your ability.

Great color. Definitely makes me think color, can almost see them even. I love the way you laid them in a color circle, makes an interesting image.

YAY Shez - this is a terrific idea and a great image! A little lighting improvement might have helped it, but who knows. A great idea regardless! :)

Nice symmetry. I also like that you have used canvas as the background here.

I wish that the was a bigger differnece in the shades of the colors so that you could tell what the different colors are.

I good idea, but I think it could be more in focus. There is also a blown out area of the paint that I am not a huge fan of. I like the square crop for this.
