 tweaked in DPP, then in CS2 did the usual levels, brightness/contrast, and hue sat. Did a USm pass, an NI pass, then used a high pass filter adjustment on the birds head. Bumped the contrast on the background and blured it slightly to remove extra color noise. I may have rotated it slightly, but I can't remember for sure. Also may have done some minor cloning in the background too. Cropped, adjusted image size, another USM pass and saved for the web.
