I have visited this a few times this week, and like it more eachtime. The composition is what makes this, with the gentle echo of the second bird.

Out of focus bird is distracting. Maybe a better pictrue cropping it out.

Really nice detail on that little guy! They're hard to catch, I've tried!! :)
Background is just a tiny bit grainy, but not really enough to distract

Nice straight forward capture of an everyday bird that we can all too easily take foregranted.

If it had not been for his friend I would have cropped it at the 'V' just under his feet and made it a square crop with him as the star. On the other hand I quite like the diagonal they form across the screen, and having two of them does give a greater feeling of depth . .

I like the way you have one in sharp focus and one so blurred by shallow DOF. Works well.

I would've left in just the one bird, the oof one doesn't really enhance the pic.
