Thanks for the comments. This is a photograph of an EEG (electronencephalogram) along with the anti-convulsant medication Topamax. The pill conviently gave a "Top 25" message, which never seems to help the voting! More importantly, this represents the majority of my professional life. I don't have Epilepsy, it is my area of specialty at work, and in many ways the essence of my second self.

hmm, intersting photo. i might not have cropped so much of the upper half of the bottle, it seems kinda cramped to me. good dof

This is a great shot. The chaotic background surface really works with this idea, and the stillness of the medicine balances it nicely. Great composition and I'm glad you kept it in color.
