The two little green blobs in the upper left corner add the perfect touch of color and balance the photo nicely... I almost wonder if this would look even nicer if the whole blobs were in the composition? Neat photo. |

My beloved and I used this scripture in our vows 23 years ago. Lovely... but the uppper green things are distracting to me.

sorry just three, the ring itself is taken okay but its not so interesting for this challenge and Id go for closer detail or crop , there is too much space around and I dont see why
good luck though and take it easy ;D

I like the color but I think if this photo had been composed differently or if the ring had been on a finger it would have scored higher from me. |

Bit of an uninspiring shot. This can't really be the best photo you ever took. |

i love your ring, its gorgeous. the lights in the bakground are a bit distracting. maybe cloning them out would have been a good idea. nice dof, it focuses nicely on the ring |

I like the feel you achieved with the colors captured here, but that light up top near the left side immediately pulls my eye away from the subject. The centered composition is not bad, but I think a different crop would add a great deal of interest to this omage. |

Simple and yet effective; I like the tones the shadow/light that lead me right to the ring. The light green blobs above compete for attention, you still would have been mostly centered if it were cropped. |

try another angle and this could be okay |

I like the shallow depth of field for this, it brings more focus to the ring. Personally I probably would have cropped out the bright green light in the upper left, it's a little distracting. Other than that, I really like this. |

Voted earlier coming back to leave comments. "Ani Lidodi Vidodi Lee" (I am to my beloved and my beloved is mine" When I first heard that and it's translation I loved the saying for it is very much akin to a romantic poem in of itself. From the subject of the photo I believe a congrats (or belated one) in in order:-) Now, onto the photo. Simple, clean and minimalistic in presentation and the conveying of feeling with the title. The golden hues and light that dominate the photo impart a warm feeling. Now the critique, (gak, I know, I know...picky picky right:-) ). I think the composition could be even better if you brought us closer to your main subject - the ring. That would eliminate the harsh shadow that we see to the right. Also, I think that the message be all the more stronger on the emotion of everlasting love if you had two rings resting together touching each other in the composition rather than the lone one. |

Though his cousin went on to become a legend in a tale told across the world, Charlie, The Other One Ring, never discovered such success.
Instead, his lot was to be lost down a sewer drain, to be found not by a small halfling creature and set upon a path of adventure and epic quest, but by a maintenance worker that set him upon his kitchen counter as a present to his niece, and the only adventure he would see would be what could be found in the Willowdale Mall.
Yet Charlie was not entirely unhappy, for if he could take one positive out of his situation, it is that HE wasn't tossed into a mountain of fire. |

'Til Death Us Do Part. Commitment. Happiness. The green light in the upper left is distracting - this would have survived a crop on all four sides that reduced it by as much as the green light. |
