Thanks! My bad. It is Lake Huron. Of course. Unfortunately. I cannot fix the description under the image, because I no longer subscribe to DPC...

I like the colors of the foreground water--the top of the picture isn't as interesting to me as the bottom. |

| I so want to be swimming there right now! Its beautiful. Great subject and the water so clear. Love the rocks in the background. Everything here works. The only thing I would say is the sky could be a little more blue for me but then again its very natural looking this way to. |

| I am saying 'Wow' alot but that is what happens when there are some wonderful and beautiful photos:-) Love the sparkle of the crystal blues that I see in the forefront and the deeper blues of the ocean in the distance. The ripple of the sun on the water's surface is captivating and gives me a sense of 'refreshment'...like I am there, in the water, taking in the breeze and being relaxed. One other thing that captures my attention is that rock formation that is most unusual. Think of the views from that vantage point!:-) And...there is vegetation growing on that rock formation! Beautiful shot - very much a postcard 'Don't you wish you were here' type image:-) |
