Not half so much fun as, say, biking around on the roads getting chased by dogs, splashed by motorists, rained on, being forced onto gravel, enduring leers from others, having wind blowing into your face (or up your backside).. but the stationary trainer does have its uses, including holding the bike still while I try to look fit! :-)

Shot in my green den downstairs (hence the desat, so people wouldn't know who I am :-) on my bike. Camera is on a windowledge and shooting via remote. Big light is positioned about 18 inches off the floor and is diffused.

Very noisy shot and doesn't work for me. It seems very unnatural, especially in the knee area.

This pose looks really unnatural to me. Also, it came out quite grainy. I think for stock photos color would have worked better. The lighting looks good.

This just doesn't wotk for me unfortunately.
Too grainy and just lacks interest.
I think that a close up shot of the model's hands on the handle bars with a white background and no grain would have been a cracking stock shot IMO

With the title training inside, maybe it would have worked better to show the entire bike on the stands... As composed it looks more like an ad for the clothes...

I personally don't like the grain in this image.

Grain can be an asset to any image and it's not used correctly often enough - this is a perfect example of how to use grain to enhance a fairly standard image and give it some pop and style. Well done.
