| Great use of DOF. I wouldn't have taken a bite out of the apple, but maybe it was just before dinner or something and you couldn't wait. This is one of the better shots this week IMO. Good Luck - Inspzil |

| The medicine bottles are a little too out of focus. llike the browning to the apple, good effect. Sharper medical bottles would have been a 7 but can't possible give nore than a 5 to 5.5 as it is. Better luck next time. |

challenge -- met
technical -- great lighting and color on the apple, wonderful black background.
composition -- taking a bite of the apple was a nice touch ... not too thrilled that that bit of the apple is already going brown (i'm guessing you took a lot of photos to get this shot just right :) i like the medication in the background being blurry, just wondering if you have another shot where the containers are just a touch less blurry and how that worked. overall good shot :)

| a bit too dull. You could have really played up the shiny green of the apple's skin. Don't let the apples go brown, use lots of apples. |
