 My favourite spot for seascapes. Some voters might recognize the mountain formation in the background from one of my previous challenge entries. I was really busy the whole week, and conditions were awful, so this was my only chance to get something for the challenge. I'm happy with the result, but I really hope the voters like it too :)

This is a manual blend of 2 exposures. A 9 stop ND filter was used to get the long exposures.

Holy crud! I just learned something new. I didn't realize that we could combine multiple shots of the same scene. Thought that was for Expert editing only. I'm SO glad I read your notes on this photo (regarding the two shutter actuations/exposures) and proceeded to review the Advanced rules. I just added a new tool to the toolbox!!!

The combo you used worked very well here. Congrats!

This seascape is beautiful and serene with the soft flowing waves. The rich reddish colour of the light on the rocks, the tumbledown sky over the darker cliffs and the sweep of the blue combine to make this outstanding. Kudos, superb capture.
