 A glass snail that hangs out on my deck, spritzed with water and in full sun. It used to be a bell at the end of a hanging suncatcher in the garden, but the dogs flattened the support and all that's left is the snail.

Had an extension tube on (20mm, I think).

PP - cropped, levels, increased saturation, colored background areas gold, cloned out one brighter spot in background, vignetted bachground, resized, sharpened, added border.

Post-challenge: nope, no starburst filter. Smallest aperture I have on the 50mm plus more narrowing via the extension tube made pretty little starbursts all over.

no data. could be anything from welded wire to a swirl of toothpaste. the addition of water and the neon metallic colors (or it could be an anodized piece of metal) through any identification to the wind. The capture stands alone; great color, nice sparkle, very eye-catching...7.
