Nice finish!! I have such a spot for swimmers, as my dad was the University of Texas swimming and diving coach for years. I still remember the smell of the chlorine and the excitement as they came down the lane for the last lap. |

This a great action shot i like how the water is running off his body good capture with the light pity your getting glare off his goggles its noticeable but not worth taking points off ..Congrats |

Did you use Noise Ninja or something? This is one photo where noise would have added a lot more substance. I like the composition just perfect. Feels like de-noised to me. |

Wonderful shot, can hear him breathing for air as he comes out of the water. One of my top picks for the challenge. |

that's a really wild shot and it puts me on the edge in terms of meeting the challenge. on one hand, it captures the action of a sport (and it does that extremely well). on the other hand, it smacks of being a set up shot (as opposed to one captured in competition). it will undoubtedly win over the dpc eye-candy crowd, but i'd prefer something caught in the wild.
it's just that it looks strobed to perfection; if i'm wrong, well, my apologies and congratulations on a killer shot... |
