I have been asked to give an indepth critique on this photo for the critique club...I pretty much summed it up in my original comment during voting, but I will attempt to be more descriptive. :0)
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Initial: This photo makes me feel sorry for the person.
Composition: The framing and angle are excellent for this photo. He is in chaos, and the angle adds to this feeling.
Technical: I mentioned that boosting the brightness/levels a bit would benefit this photo... I said this because his face is in such shadow, and the overall tone of the photo is dark. Not too bright...just enough to bring out more detail.
I am left wondering what he is doing. Writing a list? What is going thru his mind?
Good catch, Meeks!

This is excellent. The framing and angle are great. I think boosting the brightness/levels a bit would benefit this photo. Nice work otherwise. |

I find the angleĆ@of this shot a bit strange, took me a while to realise that it was looking down. I think I would prefer a different angle. |

sad, fairly static portrait of an unfortunate person, rendered with extreme clarity from an interesting angle. a better title might it give it more zip. mag99 |

What does the title have to do with anything. I do not understand. Need to get in front of this guy closer to the ground. Would have more impact

I don't really like the camera angle, but maybe that's just me... the setting does provide some impact though ~anachronite |

Great perspective. Catching someone in their own environment without them knowing is interesting. I really like the stairs along the top. I wonder how this would have looked as a vertical shot. The leaves along the right are distracting. ~indi |

Don't understand your title but love your picture. It speaks volumns. Love the overhead view. That makes the photo. Good focus. Good composition with great execution. Great human interest story. PTL9 |

There is just too much going on in this shot..chaos to my eyes!! I can't get the focus on the subject with this perspective view. Also it's a bit dark. Justine |
