| I feel like the the subject/title is a bit of a stretch for challenge. The photo itself is very intriguing, and I love the composition. |

| Beautiful landscape! The greens are very deeply saturated and nice. Not crazy about the border, but that's only personal taste. |

| A beautiful place to be free! I think getting closer to the boat, making it more prominent in the foreground would have made a more interesting image. And perhaps using a polarizer to remove the glare on the right side. |

| Such a strong sense of scale and such very rich colours. Excellent and unusual composition with only a sliver of land in the foreground and the heaviness of the slopes behind. Great focal point in the boat and boatmen too. 8 |

| I think the heavy black frame accentuates the over saturated colors, unofrtuneatly in a negative way. I'm going to guess that you ger some "oversautrated" comments that you wouldn't have gotten without the frame. A picture submitted for these contests does not need the frame treatment that a photo on display would. There is already the frame of the computer screen and the grey DPC frame. Adding orders is a delicate thing and many voters mark down for distracting ones. Study some of the winners - most have a border that is thinner than this one. Yes, I like the image but it seems secondary to the frame. |

| Great colors and an exceptional scene. Your boat and orange clothing is much too centered for me. The border should be placed deep in the center of that lake. |
