I can't for the life of me figure out why you would cut just the top of her head off because otherwise it's a nice portrait, with that huge annoyance (for me anyway).

This image has a lot of potential. The model's pose and expression are relaxed and the background is nice and soft. I would have framed the image differently so the model's face wasn't so close to the middle. I think you could have also come up with a more fitting title.
