very strong image, great colors and an interesting take on the subject. composition works well, only thing which distracts for me is the arm of the chair sticking up, with this removed her own arm would come out much better. lighting looks natural and fits with the subject, skin seems a bit too smooth for me and given the subject, a bit unnatural. all props and dress work well in establishing the mood. only thing which I don't like is the expression of the model, this seems a bit dead, no emotion. This scene certainly evokes emotion and the face of the model is the natural focus point of this capture and should therefore, imo, better convey the overall mood than it does now. |

I gave you a 9 - it would have been a 10 if her arm hadn't been in the shadows... congrats on such a high placement! |

edgy and dramatic. Great background for such an image too. |

The chair is the least interesting element in this awesome portrait. The chanins, the holes in her stockings, the graffiti, the model herself, all just drown the chair for me. So even though I will give this photograph a high score if the theme was different, for one where the chair is, in my opinion, also important, I'd have to give a 5. |

I suspect this one will win it, and if it doesn't it will certainly be on the front page.
This shot jumped out of the crowd when I was first browsing the photos at rollover, and now that I'm back to vote it's one of the few that really stands out at all. |

Portfolio material, both yours and hers! I just wish the chair had been positioned more 3/4 - it would have given us a better view of the chair back, and would not have created that harsh shadow on her right arm. |

LOVE this - my only teeny tiny complaint is her arm being in the shade. |
