Wow. Glad this image did well. Looking again and again at this the clouds works but the core of the image really does lie in the 2/3 and yet, both has appeal. Cant decide :) |

Congrats on your top 10, just missed out on that HM. I know what Rian says goads true for him and may have made the scene more serene, less angry clouds and sky but I believe it's balanced the way it is with all the elements. Isn't photography great!? |

Very nice. It almost looks as the trees to the right were split by the rolling fog. |

OMW that is superb. Love the exposure, revealing detail in every phase of this scape. Mag-bloody-nificent. Should be in the top5 if not top3. Fave. One of my 2 x 10's this challenge. |

Man o man. Such a strong mood BUT I wish this was framed better. To much in view and the essence of this scene lies in the lower halve - bottom 2/3. The plot is lost going into the clouds beyond the shadowed tree line. Less would have been more here. Pano would have suited this. Th elast line of trees is as far ones eye should trail in this. You witnesed a special day here. Still a very nice photo and being overley critical, but for such a lovely opportunity one needs to be. 7 |

I love that tree on the right that looks like it has been split in two... It looks slightly blown top right and some funny colors in the FG bottom right under the tree but overall very nice |
