 Sometimes taking the bridge is a good idea - even if you are on an ATV trail. Some people just have to learn that by experiencing the consequences of their behavior. If they are lucky, their parents have a winch on their ATV and can rescue them..... Of course they do have to site there while their siblings point and laugh and their mom takes lots of pictures to document the event, but sometimes that's just the price you have to pay :)

Make sure he gets a copy of this photo for his photo album... so his kids can laugh at him too! Of course he'll have fabricated some intricate story to accompany the photo that will make him out to be an extreme ATV'er, and there was no bridge for 30 miles. My dad has a similar photo from when he and the boys would go out in their Jeeps.
