That looks familiar! (latest Shapes II challenge- you linked in your comment). I used a little more contrast and also some perspective correction (not sure if that is allowed in basic editing, but I didn't use it that much). It is a very graphic building. I have seen pictures on DP of several places I recognize. San Diego is a great place for photographs. So far they are rating it about the same- at about 5.9 now. Nice job on yours too! |

I think that even more contrast would have made this even more striking. But I couldn't be more of a novice, so take it with a pillar of salt...

this is an interesting shot, but i'm having a hard time stretching it to 'everyday objects'. on the other hand, it's a welcome break from pictures of remotes and keychains (no offense to any of those photographers intended--there were some really great images of remotes and keychains). heck, i'm feeling generous, i'll score this a |
