 Oh what I would give to have this be an advanced editing challenge.... Oh well, I have a real nasty crease in the b/g, in advanced i would have simply cloned it out. I tried to reshoot but in none of them did my pose and tie look as dynamic. so i redited the first one and went with a high contrast red filter to darken the b/g more

That is one strange picture! What is happening here? Is he catching that cup? And where's the coffee? What's that tie doing? And why the spoon? Confusing confusing! A bit too confusing to me. But an interesting experiment nonetheless.

I love this idea. Hard in basic editing. I think I would like it better without the pattern on the background.

Is that a velvet backdrop? I can see a bit of it's texture. Maybe bringing up the shadow tones a touch in levels would have fixed it. Fun idea. Fly away cup LOL
