What a hard challenge! I hope I did it right. Sometimes it's hard to interpret the directions for the challenge.

good, but i would try to get rid of the dark band on the left.
04/20/2002 10:58:00 PM
Cool! This is unique.
04/20/2002 04:12:00 PM
the actual water seemed out of focus. The backdrop was distracting.
04/20/2002 10:40:00 AM
Nicely stopped leaky faucet. Photographer took time to block out unwanted background but accidently added a distraction with the heavy grained fabric. Try using your imagination on other subject matter now that you have accomplished the drip.

The source of lighting here doesn't seem to light up the whole image. More light would've been better. Also, your drip seems a little blurred. A faster shutter would've fixed that.
04/20/2002 04:16:00 AM
The view of the faucet just doesn't help the photo much. Nice catch of the drops though.
04/19/2002 02:00:00 PM
Looks nice. Shadow is cool. But its over done.
04/19/2002 08:19:00 AM
Nice effect with the shadow of the water (looks like an exclamation point). The darkness on the far left detracts some, though.
04/19/2002 07:31:00 AM
Nicely captured, but I'm not a fan of the shadows on the backdrop. A cleaner, shinier tap might also help
04/19/2002 07:11:00 AM
Needs focus
04/19/2002 02:51:00 AM
your background cloth is a little to clearly in focus. but nice water trail.
04/18/2002 05:14:00 PM
Very cool waves with the water!
04/18/2002 03:09:00 PM
great idea
04/18/2002 01:39:00 PM
Focus is not quite there.
04/18/2002 12:56:00 PM
the water is ever so slightly out of focus, alas! It seems to be focused ont he backdrop, did you try setting it manually?
04/18/2002 10:05:00 AM
You did a great job capturing the water droplets. I think it would have been a much better presentation if the background was moved back further and a little different lighting was used to minimize the shadow.
04/18/2002 08:13:00 AM
Like the idea with the shadow, however, would've tried to straighten out the background cloth a little more.
04/18/2002 01:41:00 AM
The backgound fabric is way distracting, and the focus is a little blurred
04/17/2002 11:25:00 PM
you and everyone else...
04/17/2002 04:48:00 PM
good try, back ground too close, flash needs to be from side at 90 degrees
04/17/2002 04:25:00 PM
Good timing, but the focus needs shifting from the backdrop to the water.
04/17/2002 11:02:00 AM
good shadow with your backdrop there. like the long stretched out drip. clean your water deposits : )
04/16/2002 04:52:00 PM
The cloth in the background looks out of place.
04/16/2002 03:13:00 PM
Clean your faucet.
04/16/2002 12:36:00 PM
nice call using the black cloth, would love to see this cropped down to show only the water and it's shadow
04/15/2002 02:55:00 PM
I love how the water is all together before the big drop at the end. The shadow looks great.
04/15/2002 02:01:00 PM
water.. go figure
04/15/2002 12:37:00 PM
nice job, like the shadow also
04/15/2002 10:13:00 AM
Just a tat higher crop off would have been better but nice capture:)
04/15/2002 10:06:00 AM
I like the water drops, but don't care for the background.
04/15/2002 09:37:00 AM
I like the shadow
04/15/2002 08:49:00 AM
Why didn't you clean the device?
04/15/2002 08:38:00 AM
the shadow is a nice touch.
04/15/2002 07:41:00 AM
This is a nice entry! The shadow adds a nice effect to this photo. The contrast of this shot may have been improved some by choosing a different color background. Maybe a red, yellow, or some other brighter color could have enhanced the subject of the photograph. Nice work!
04/15/2002 07:24:00 AM
would have been great!, except the focus was on the background
04/15/2002 07:01:00 AM
Looks like the best drop just left the frame, judging by the shadows. Nice idea but too much background/ wasted space
