Salut Julien. J'ai aimé l'image, et lui a donné un 7.
Something about it made me feel it was "soft" perhaps the darkness of the overall image or the moving blurred clouds and water. Sure, cloud/water blur is unavoidable in timed exposures but I really felt it had translated into the pier and the mountains. In hindsight (recul?) I was probably wrong, the pier and mountains are indeed sharp.
