Fantastic idea!! I think I would have liked a simpler background, but I'm not sure... Or perhaps lighten up the balloon a tad. The picture seems a little dark to me.

Great idea. Excellent picture.
The border does not add one thing to this image IMO. Perhaps if the balloon string would have stopped there?
But that's a detail.
You are in my top 10 for now, before getting more precise!

Nicely edited. The fish seem a tad overexposed, and thus a bit flat. But great idea.
