Obvious use of a tripod, or any other long-term stabilization tool (1-10 *is not the score of the shot though*): 10
Small aperture evident with the starburst in the streetlights, the long streaks of light from the cars, along with sharp surroundings, all show tripod! |

Wonderful perspective and details. I'm sure it was tough to get the light trails while not blowing out highlights in the building.s
