 Taken at the escalators at Baixa Chiado Metro Station. It was hard to get a perespective that I really liked but ended up going with this one. After the challenge was announced I had to go buy a tripod there on my vacation in Lisbon since I did not want to pack one with me for the trip.

I got some crazy looks... lol

Great shot. I got to visit Lisbon in 2005 and one of the things I remember is the crazy amount of stairs in the tunnels under the city.

Thanks Adz! Yeah I was hoping to get more points for originality but I think you are right, a strong black and white conversion would have helped this have more impact. Thanks to everyone for the nice comments and votes though!

This should have done better, I've never seen a long exposure of an escalator - it's original. Wish it was in black and white though.
