I totally love this scene... wish it were presented larger and had the dust bunnies on your sensor removed... but golly.. .what a great eye you have!

Beautiful picture, nice message and idea. I would make a little post-processing to give the picture a nice touch, not sure what I would do, maybe some vignetting and some enhancing of the blacks. But its really nice.

Tough call whether this would make it or not. Urban photography and unique images are synonymous with NG. This is unique. All I can say is that I'd not have cropped the tail feathers. I'd have dodged the head a bit and placed the bird to the left of the frame looking right, as this is allowed by NG. With improvement in crop and exposure, it could be used as a story of the Feral Pigeon's adaptability from nature to the city. An extra mark for the effort taken to shoot this. NG togs go the extra mile.
