| Cute girl, and nicely framed, but the lighting isn't very good for a portrait. The soft focus on her face doesn't really work in this photo. |

| challenge not met (in my opinion. for me, humans, or their presence was not to be included in the challenge). sorry. having got that out of the way, i'd like to comment on your photo, anyway. you have a very nice portrait here. i like how he is turning towards the camera, and that waterdrop is falling off his face. the catchlight in the eyes is great. you may get some comments on the shadow from the flash, and, while it isn't ideal, it's actually not that noticeable here, so i wouldn't worry too much about it. a great portrait of a very cute kid :) |

| I suspect you may have had a hand getting this little one started. It's a cute photo, but IMO, not the challenge. It's a very cute and appealling photo, but I have to mark you down for the challenge. Sorry. 6 Swash |

| Darling shot but just too dark. This of course could easily be corrected. He is so healthy and happy looking. Great capture. Geeezzz if my teeth were 1/5 that white!!!! |

| As wonderful as this image is and as much as i agree that children are truely heaven sent, this really doesn't meet the challenge very well :( Expect to hear that a lot this week, but don't be discourged... It's a wonderful shot, just not really on topic. |
