This was my July - HOT! Even the perpetual-motion-machine Swallows were taking breaks. Loved the picturesque tree they were perching on and the natural vignette.
Had the 2x teleconverter on.
PP - tonemapped in qtpfsgui (pregamma 0.697, mantiuk method, contrast mapping 0.1, saturation factor 1.029, detail factor 1), lightened and merged with original at 10% transparency, cropped, color balance shift into red/orange, desaturated white bits of Swallows, levels and more levels, increased contrast, cloned out tonemapping smudge above one bird and a few specks of dust, sharpened, resized, sharpened with noise reduction, added border. |

I've heard it's been hot in parts of America, my son just recently got back from OKL, where it was close to the 100's e.day and even over.
Anyway I like this, it's very artistic. |
