I think her skin is a smidge overprocessed but you've still captured quite the scene here. I really want to know her story. To see her hunched over like this makes me sad. |

You've processed her skin into worn leather... |

Back to comment: I like the emotion this picture brings out, but I think that the processing was heavy handed on the face and hands. I think the emotion still would have come out with a lighter touch and yet would have looked more true to life. |

You've captured a moment, definitely. The lady looks like she has the weight of the world on her. This is slightly more denoised then it needed to be. I think grain would have added to the shot but since I don't know what the before of this picture is I can't be sure. |

For me the sharpening of her wrinkles in the face is overdone (white halos), otherwise a strong portrait. |

You have a gift of keen observation and the ability to create a superb portrait which honors your subject. The simple basic human condition displayed in this is rendered beautifully. The lines & folds in the coat, repeating in the hands and again in the lined face & subtly greyed curving hair make a compelling study. If only,"and miles to go before I sleep." |

I can't believe how wrinkled this person looks! Seems unnatural but captivating at the same time. |

I love the extreme texture of the skin and hair. I also love the framming. |

Right up my own "candid from afar" style. Great posture and a good 90 degree POV to capture the body language. I think a bit heavy handed on the Topaz slider which is giving the image some bad edge haloing like on her chin and bottom lip and either side of the black strap over her shoulder as well as more noise than it needs. |

Almost statuesque... I like the HDR tone to this.... |
