 This is in the Montmartre neighborhood near the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur. There are many streets like this over there but I find this particular one to be the best-looking of them all.

This is Magnifet' (ok that's problay not the correct word in french) but you get my drift... Suberb lighting, and detail and comp, truley deserving of a BLUE! Congratulations!

Proficiat on the Blue Allen. It's a great image and most deserving of the top honors. I was expecting it to finish in the top 3. My vote was a 10.

Near Sacre Coeur, yes? Hiked those steps... got cramps in my thighs! This was the day after I hiked a bunch of stairs in the Montparnasse building. Lovely view here - great touch with the light and detail.

Love the light posts, I wish I could see a bit more of that street below, the car is a dark imposing blotch, but nevermind, I still want to walk down the steps.
