I love what this lens does wide open too.

Not on this one John. From memory, pretty much straight from camera. I may have used the Ink filter or a cross-process, pulled back a lot globally and removed from the dark areas to even out some of the tones. I'm not sure I kept notes on this one, but definitely a light-touch edit.

I DID listen but then this got published on 1x so I decided that was a pretty good pre-selection test. ;-)

Nice dof, backdrop and framing. I know a lot of photographers in shots like this would probably clone out the stray hair strands, but I think they work quite well with the action of the model here. 7

This is a fantastic portrait! So emotive and I love the soft green background. I wish there was a tiny bit more space above her head in the image. But thats it, otherwise this is perfect. 8
