 Yay, a Top Ten!

This is my girlfriend and our 6 month old kitten Reese. He has a ton of personality, a sweet disposition, and a photogenic face, which made him the perfect subject for this challenge. I really lucked out that he yawned while I was shooting, and this frame happened to not have much motion blur. It also happened to look like he was singing, or giving us a serious talk.

I like the dof. The human's face is very expressive and if it was in focus, it would have drawn too much attention from the priceless expression of that cat.

That is one surprised-looking kitty, haha. Lovely cat, great focus, nice happy owner bokehd behind. I don't like the border personally as I don't think it's needed.
