I really like the scene and colors. I feel that if the camera wasn't shown (just the hat) this would be a more powerful image in my eyes.

It's a completely different picture with the man-made objects so I'll grant you the story telling aspect. I think I'd prefer the forest be the feature, though. Beautiful scenery!
