these look yummy. the composition doesn't work for me 100% think I would one of the front tarts staggered back a little the balance seems a little odd to me, that being said there is nothing wrong with this the way it is. nice food shot.

This is a nice shot the pastel colors compliment each other nicely. It is a little bright in some areas though, and that may have been what you were going for, but where the flower overlaps the plate I think a more definite edge might help a little.

Cantaloupe? wouldn't immediately pick this as a dessert in the traditional sense. That being said it is sweet so it dmc. That aside, I'm really loving the textures here. The lighting is nice and the muted tones are very pleasing to the eye. This shot would definitely look good blown up hanging on a wall imo. (bumping to an 8)

This is definitely a different looking desert for sure. nice texture on the berry up front. the composition is ok but think i would like to see a different angle as well before deciding if i wanted to try this dessert.

I've come back to this several times, I can't decide if I like it or not. obviously the goal was an oof somewhat abstract. I fear that many will not rate this high as it is not a clear cut dessert...That being said the original challenge stated "photograph something sweet and delicious" so in a way this dmc. I hope it does well for you.

Catchy...almost looks like not enough dessert to fill me up though. Nice use of focus here to highlight the main subjedt. almost looks like tilt shift..It may be but I'm not familiar enough with the process to know the difference. Anyhow nice shot well executed.
