I feel this picture lacks a sense of composition. There is too much negative space around the house which I'm assuming is the subject. I think a crop that placed the house in the upper or lower left comer of a square would give this photo more impact. The pole and left side of this picture distract from the house in my opinion.

This is a beautiful shot. The only thing I would change is the crop. I would like to see the black area to the right cropped out and the picture made into a square crop, other than that its perfect :)

Beautifully done! Nice catch lights in the eyes and texture in the scarf and hat. I like the dark edge to the right it helps keep the focus on the girl. She is a beautiful child.

Juxtaposition

Nice mood you set here looks like a tough guy. I like the spot of light with the rest fading to black. The face is a touch out of focus but that really doesn̢۪t bother me. Great job :)

This has to my favorite of the challenge. It is so different than the rest, full of emotion. I like the dark hair against all the lightness in the back ground. Great DOF and BW editing. In my favorites it goes along with a 10 :)
