White Peacock Bugby MelonMusketeerComment: Very good detail and DoF... the lighting around the body of the butterfly does seem to be just a tad harsh, but that may be a little to nit picky! Great capture. |

macro_8471.jpgby HeiSchComment: Very nice... I like the crop, the color choice and the DoF. Great reflection in the water drop also. |

macro-3.jpgby incubusComment: The focus seems to be of just a bit... and the colors seem a little dull. Some contrast/color adjustment would make this photo "pop" a little more. |

European Cabbage White (Pieris rapae)by patio127Comment: Very good DOF... you've captured quite a bit of detail in the wings here. Very difficult being that they are white. I might have cropped a little more off of the top, but that's just me being picky! |

Mr. Elephant Beetleby sherpetComment: Shez, very nice work with that 180mm, as usual!!
The coloring is very good and I like the DoF. I'm not sure what the blue circle is towards the bottom just right of center. |

Fast foodby hajekaComment: The colors in this are really nice and vibrant, the crop is good, but I think the lighting is a little to bright.

Tiny Waterfallby avalanche1030Comment: Shots like this require a steady hand or a tripod. Again the shot just isn't as crisp as it could be. The composition on this is very good though! |

Old Woodby avalanche1030Comment: Macros are fun, I think this would be more dramatic if it were cropped a little closer. Get rid of all the dark areas around the outside and then a tad crisper. |
