I gave this photo an 8. I love how you used the natural color of the flower. Just a little too much black on top IMO. Seems a bit splotchy also, which distracts a bit.

I like the B&W and the composition of this shot. The splashing and ducking show an "action", but I think the title hurts a bit in this challenge. I also wish the guy getting splashed didn't have his arm covering his face. I feel like I'm missing out on something, not getting to see the expression of the main subjects face. I gave this a 6.

Hmm, I gave this a 4 the first time around (just my quickview vote) because of the lack of focus. On a second look I think I may have been a bit hasty. The 22 is clear enough and appears to be the main subject of your photo. With the title (minus the period) there does seem to be a bit of grace to this shot. While it is still not my favorite for this round, I am bumping this up to an 8.

OK, this meets the challenge, but the players standing in the background just watching this "scrimage" seems a bit odd, especially since there obviously not on the sidelines. You did get a pretty good view of the expression on 77's face, even with the helmet being in the way. I gave this a 6.

You got the challenge (soccer is a team sport and the way the ball is overhead seems to indicate it is ready to be thrown, suggesting action) but the photo is a bit boring IMO.
