Cool shot, I did a shot very similar to this, but with a telephone. You did much better =). |

Congrats Siggi on your personal highest and your second highest rated submission. You are slowly getting up that ladder, one step at a time and one step closer to the ribbons. Next time it's the 6th place :-P. |

This was on first try, there was a second try but then the clothes where all wet and it did not look as good then. She was all red on her back after the socond fall. |

Very funny title and good idea. This really works. How many times did she have to fall into the pool for you to get this shot? |

Excellent pic. First try? Or did she dry off between takes? I like the capture of the moment of impact where the clothing doesn't even show wetness yet. 10! |

I love how you were able to capture the water right before it splashed up over her legs. I especially how you can see how the water has been displaced around her and hasn't started to rush back in. Very nice. |

Nice stop splash. Clever idea. Nice crop leaving open the top to see the hair and splash. Also like how the toes and jeans are captured. |

There are very few shots that are packed full of total WOW - but this is one of them. Could it be possible that this was a "first try" - as her clothes don't even look wet yet! I'll be very surprised if this doesn't finish 2nd! (I know that's a risky prediction, but it's my guess.) Everything is just "right" - congratulations on a superb entry. |

Excellent execution. The subject's clothes are still dry meaning this picture was taken as the subject touched the surface of the water. It captured the moment of entry. |

Oh, man ... that was probably so cold. Really great shot, though. I had no idea that so much water got displaced when someone flops into a pool. Look at the size of the hole created. And for the challenge, you sorta "froze" that water, didn't you. Congratulations and good luck with the challenge. |

Excellent shot!!!! Great title!!! I'm back to jinx you! I think this is the best of the challenge! You caught your subject at a perfect time (not too much water, not too much person). The colors are great, the water is great, the hair flying - it all works together sooo good. This was the toughest challenge I've had to vote on. Great work by everyone. This shot (IMO) is the best of the bunch! 10 :) |

Love the white/blue overall color of the shot, and the baby blue color of the water. |

Excellent timing. This is for sure a difficult one and I don't know how many attempts you did make (not expecting too many - I hope not), but I think some expression on her face (which is hard to see now) would have made it even better. Well done. |

I really like this shot. Only thing I may have changed was the clothes on the model. I think a bright solid color would have given this the extra punch. |

I wish the composition wasn't so tight on the subject because it looks like the water droplets all the way around the photo extend beyond the border of the shot. Then again, a woman in a t-shirt falling into a pool? Nice composition. ;)
I do like the exposure you got here. The water on the sides has details and you didn't lose the details in the darker jeans or the white shirt. |
