Goodbye Daddyby shareinncComment: Intense. I almost didn't know where Daddy might be going until I noticed the camo on the sleeve. |

Hummingbirdby SouthCoastOr3gonComment: Of course it's tricky to catch a hummingbird in flight but the exotic flower really makes this shot. |

Tidal powerby rtseComment: One of the better slow shutter speed shots of waves I've seen. In this case it gives a strong sense of motion rather than the usual fuzzy tranquility. |

Red Devilby MakkaComment: Her expression certainly implies mischief! Great job on the lighting - I can see the detail in the black dress yet the pale skin is not overexposed. |

Seljalands Waterfallby thordurbComment: Nice. This reminds me of Hamilton Pool in Austin but more well-lit! The people on the path give a good sense of scale. |

Elementalby SilverComment: I like this scene but it doesn't do well backlit like this. Also, it looks like a bit of sensor dust above her head. Since this is advanced editing, you could erase it. |

The Distanceby nadiaCComment: Good catch of the hummingbird but this photo is overshadowed by the other hummingbird photos in this challenge, which have the whole bird with a little more sharpness and color in the feathers. |

The Returnby electrolostComment: It's difficult for me to see what this is at first. Maybe a deeper depth of field to get everything in focus would help. Unfortunately the subject just doesn't contrast well against the background - not much you can do about that. |

Birds of a Featherby SheryllComment: I like the composition and motion in this scene. The processing seems a little strange to me though. Maybe too much sharpening or contrast enhancement. |

Nature's Showerby SandyPComment: I've photographed Hamilton Pool a couple times and know just how hard it is to get the exposure right for both the shadows and sunlit areas. Excellent job, especially for a single exposure. What time of day was this taken?
