Perennial Geranium Macroby MaryOComment: The soft focus works well for this with the dark background showcasing the purples and the curly stamens. |

Perennial Geraniumby MaryOComment: Lovely pastel colours. The shallow depth of field really emphasizes the delicate lines of the flower. |

All Aloneby colorcarnivalComment: While I appreciate that you took the time to dress someone in appropriate colours to be "Waldo", the description did say to hide a person in an otherwise person-less photo. Sorry, DNMC. The photo is well composed and the selective desat draws attention to Waldo. |

Day 20 - Old Wheel barrowby JLCComment: What a great subject to have on hand for you. I could see this being shot from many different angles and perspectives, in different lighting conditions and having a whole series of this cherished treasure. |

Frillsby sherpetComment: These flowers are gorgeous. The colours make me think it would also look wonderful as a watercolour painting. |

Canon Digitalby shankswareComment: Personally, I didn't vote on this challenge but would probably have given this image a 5 if I did. The composition and focus are well done but the subject matter is not overly interesting to me. The lighting seems rather flat to me. Perhaps some different lighting that would spotlight the cameras more and add more depth to the shot would make a difference. :) |

100-0035a_IMG.jpgby JerseyGenieComment: Looks like this guy is a very messy eater!...lol. Lovely colours to the flower and beautiful focus on the bee. Have you considered a closer crop to remove the green of the flower and put the bee more at a thirds intersection rather than in the middle of the shot? |

Western Kingbird Raindanceby lunachickenComment: This is great! Love the detail on the bird and that you captured the little pieces of grass or straw in the bird's mouth. I think I would have liked to see a little more ground at the bottom but with moving birds, you sometimes can't completely get everything you want...lol. |
