Sax soloby burtctComment: That's definitely not a sax. More like a trumpet or flugelhorn.
I wanted to comment on the hands which looked unnatural to me, judging from the halo on left hand's forefinger it looks to be caused by too strong of an unsharp mask?
It's a really nice capture of a soloist however. Good capture of his emotion and concentration. |

Enter Romeoby aerogurlComment: So far this is my favorite image of the challenge. Excellent use of lighting, obviously.
Editted much later to add that I just saw the Love ribbon winners which probably served as inspiration. Still, very nice shot. |

Dreamy gazeby isonajComment: Sharper focus on the eyes would be better. I wonder if underexposing a little bit more would help, I'm finding myself drawn too much to the candle at the moment. Beautiful image though, and wonderful emotion. |

"Love Is....."by JudiComment: Captures both the scene and the theme beautifully. I believe this is the first 10 I've given. The sky is beautifully captured. |

Walking home alone in the rain.by theMilkManComment: That brings back some memories, and given the title I can see why you might have gone for not having sharp focus, but as I'm sure many other people are saying, something probably should be a little clearer in focus. I also think having the camera lower to the ground and shooting angled up more migt have created a more powerful image. |

For Youby Travis99Comment: The hand looks eerily disembodied. Nice, sharp focus on the flowers/foreground. |

Romancing the Palateby CzechManComment: I love the picture, and that was before I even saw the title which made it even better/more suitable in my eyes.
The image seems a little flat, though, perhaps more light on the strawberry would bring it out from the rest of the plate better? |

Minister Wedding Cam: The Kissby hotpastaComment: The field of view/distortion is a little disorienting. I think I would have preferred a rectilinear shot at a more natural fov and shallower depth of field to bring out the four people in the center. There is a lot of emotion in those four people, whereas the rest of the crowd is pretty dead. |

Heartbeatsby adyusComment: The softness definitely works, especially given the challenge. Nice composition, model, and shot. More emotion might make the model more engaging. |
