I feel like the colors are too saturated... I dunno. They're really nice, but they throw me for a second. I like how the water makes the reflection be a bit blurred - perfect reflections in water always seem weird to me.

Anyway, what I am trying to say is, good image :-)

This may have worked better as a duotone? Maybe not though. It may have helped the noisy problem in the arm and hair area.

I like the overall idea - the perspective is nice and I like how you didn't take the shot down the center of the hall - but it feels like something is tilting. I don't think it is, it just feels that way to me.
